PAYMENT METHOD
Hanoi Guide Smile accepts the following payment methods:
- Secure Online Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) with VTC paygate (recommended)
- Paypal
- Bank Transfer
- Western Union
- Direct Deposit
Credit Cards
Pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via VTC paygate. Payment by credit card is the easiest and most efficient method of shopping. We will create a link with following details of tour name, amount of money, clients’name and send it to you. You will click the link provided and fill in the form with requried information. As soon as we received your money, we will get back to you shortly with confirmation.
Credit cards are charged when goods are ready to be dispatched, and not at the time of ordering. If a card has been declined, we will endeavor to contact you to inform you. We will retry the card if we haven’t received a response in 5 days. In the event of a second failure, the order will be immediately cancelled.
PayPal
If you have a Paypal account, please send money directly to our Paypal address info@hanoiecotour.com
Bank Transfer
Except for cash payment, bank fee charge may apply (customers must bear any bank charge). Please contact us for more details
Because this is an international transfer so the payment will not go directly from your bank to our bank, it will go through an intermediate bank on the way. Therefore, Please kindly note with your bank that all fees are on your side.
Western Union

Cash payment
Only after the agreement of the two parties paying for the remaining balance at your hotel.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of 20% of the program value by Credit card, Paypal or bank transfer plus bank charges (processing fees) is required upon confirmation of your booking.
CANCELLATION/ REFUND
If unexpected circumstances should arise and impact your holiday plans, we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation procedures and refund your money. Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers’ requirements, and can be summarized as follows: Deposit can be settled via one of our payment method above. Deposit are at 35% of the total booking amount is required at booking.
- Cancellation by customer will be charged as follow:
More than 45 days to 30 days before the beginning of the trip: 70% of the total tour cost, 30 to 20 days before trip commencement: 50% of the total tour cost. Less than 20 days before trip commencement: Full charge
CANCELATION BY HANOI GUIDE SMILE
The contract between the services rendered by Hanoi Guide Smile may be canceled by us for reasons related to a situation of force major, political, health, natural disaster, plane, etc.. In all such instances of cancellation, registrants are fully reimbursed, but can not claim any compensation.
BALANCE PAYMENT
For your convenience, the balance shall be settled on your departure tour date by cash, Paypal, Credit card, Bank transfer. Normally before departure, our tour operator will meet you at your convenience time for briefing, orientation
